We had a great experience! Will was super knowledgeable regarding our purchase but gave us the space we needed when making a decision. Eric was probably the best delivery driver we have ever had. We knew exactly when he was coming and what to expect. Excellent communication skills all around.

Excellent service helping a 96 year old customer. Extremely patient, kind and helpful. Service instore and delivery was exceptional. While in store, worker found an electronic scooter for customer to move around the store with ease. Delivery workers moved furniture and vacuumed for customer before placing new furniture in apartment. Bought furniture on a Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. Wonderful overall experience.

Kendall W. our sales associate at the Greenfield location was amazing. She was able to answer all our questions as well as give us exact pricing on the two pieces we were interested in. She wasn’t hovering or overly aggressive, which is was usually happens at other furniture stores in the areas. It was a pleasant experience.

"Crystal" is a delight. She introduced herself when I entered and I was absolutely convinced we were going to see eye to eye. I was "browsing but have never been in the main store/warehouse so she explained the layout and off I went. She later found me and asked if I found anything but I didn't find prices and d3scriptions. She explained the placard on the display tables and to use the QR code! AHA! She found me a bit later and I did have some ideas for I I wanted. We talked about the layout of my living room and colors. She knew exactly what to show me and where to find it. I said my "head hurt" cuuz of all the choices and suggested we get coffee! Exactly what I needed. We carried on, she was professional and kind and efficient. I do have a strong liking of the Steinhafels brand and again, after my last purchase in 2011, it didn't disappoint. I had a great experience buying furniture at the Steinhafels in Waukesha. I had Kelly as my salesperson and she assisted me in buying a sectional, several mattresses, and a dresser. She went out of her way to double check my order and make sure I had order the correct items. She also gave me tips on what would work best as a base for my new mattresses.

First time visiting a steinhafels store ,I was very surprised to see all the selection and price ranges, there's something for every Budget I believe,huge selection for home and office furniture. They seemed to be very involved in the community to me that's always a plus and gives me (personally) more reason to support this Business. Just have to choose which couch I liked the most and I'll be back .FYI they have coffee , cookies and a play area to entertain the kids.

From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. We had a wonderful sales lady who was not pushy at all. We told her what we were looking for, and she walked us through the different varieties to choose from and helped us narrow it down. She was very patient and let us take our time. At the end, we decided on a wonderful sectional, and the experience was very stress-free. I have so much more areas in my new house to furnish I will be back!
